The day of LOVE draws to a close after having done its bit of spreading the ‘goodness’. Now it’s up to us to take this rejuvenated spirit beyond the bouquets of roses and diamond studded hearts carved in the most valued of metals.
‘What should I get you, ma'am'?
A rose, a bear, I mean teddy bear or some chocolates?’
‘Well, get me love and get it from deep within. Roses wither, teddies wear out and chocolates are digested but love is everlasting, and has no ‘substitute’.
‘Gentlemen, express emotions through actions genuine not ‘symbols’ that are the commercial world’s smart move on buying consumers.’
Feelings can’t be bought, therefore, don’t buy me love,give me what comes from your heart and give it generously. Have no inhibitions, reservations or limitations , this is a gift we've been blest with for the purpose of sharing with the world at large. And, unlike its 'substitutes' it neither fades, nor wears out nor dies. Instead it grows and the more you give of it the more you get. '
This is the answer to my budding teens who are the 'tomorrows' and the bearers of this land.
